How long does processing take?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high demand.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What if I don't receive my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Due to high international shipping costs, we recommend contacting us first — we will find the best solution for you.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos or videos. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
I received the wrong item or something is missing. What do I do?

How does the motion sensor work?
Our lights use a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor that detects body heat and movement. The light turns on automatically and turns off after 15–25 seconds of no movement.
Do the lights only work in the dark?
No! Most lights have multiple modes — always on, all-day sensor, or night-only sensor mode.
How do I install the lights?
Tool-free installation in under 2 minutes. Attach the magnetic base or adhesive pad to any clean, dry surface. No wiring or drilling needed.
How long does the battery last?
In sensor mode, lights last from 6 hours (constant use) up to 3–6 months (intermittent use). Charge via USB when the red indicator appears.
Are the lights waterproof?
Yes, most of our LED strip lights are waterproof — suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and cabinets.
What sizes are available?
Available in 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, 1m, 2m, and 3m depending on the model.
